John F. Sander Memorial Scholarship

John F. Sander met Susan, his wife of 37 years, while attending undergraduate classes at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Both majored in political science. John went on to law school and became a practicing attorney, and Susan focused her political science concentration with a secondary education degree. John was a devoted family man and took pride in his wonderful marriage, children, and grandchildren. A surprising and unexpected cancer diagnosis led to his untimely death. His family would like to remember John in his many roles which embodied his Christian values- altar boy, boy scout, former seminarian, husband, father, and grandfather.
