Raymond and Thelma Balbes Scholarship in Mathematics

Scholarship Criteria

1. Candidates will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors at UMSL.
2. Candidates will be pursuing a degree in mathematics.
3. Recipients will have a minimum GPA of 3.0 across all coursework.
4. Recipients will have a minimum GPS of 3.2 in mathematics and have completed three (3) calculus courses.
5. This scholarship will be based on merit. However, if all other criteria are equal, preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
