The George Dewey Ross Memorial Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Criteria

  1. Recipients will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors at UMSL.
  2. Recipients will be pursing an undergraduate degree in the humanities or political science.
  3. Recipients must enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours at UMSL (full-time) each semester.
  4. Recipients will have earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  5. Applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and demonstrate financial need.
  6. Scholarship recipients shall be students who are active in community activities on behalf of the disadvantaged and/or themselves be members of racially or economically disadvantaged groups.
