Charles and Marian Oldham Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

1. Recipients must be Missouri residents.
2. Recipients will demonstrate high financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
3. Preference will be given to African-American students so long as the law allows. If the law should change, consideration will be given to students who represent groups that are traditionally underrepresented at UMSL.
4. Recipients must enroll full-time at UMSL (12 credit hours each semester).
