Scholarship Criteria
#The recipient must be an undergraduate student majoring in Fine Arts with a demonstrated interest in painting, and an appreciation for water color painting of natural subjects.
#The recipient must have a minimum GPA of 2.7 on a four-point scale.
#The recipient may be a sophomore, junior or senior level student.
#The scholarship is non-renewable.
