Kathie Winter Housing Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

  1. Recipient must live in on-campus housing for the duration of the full academic year.
  2. Recipient must be a full-time student (12 credit hours) who live at UMSL and eligible for the Federal Pell Grant.
  3. Exception is a senior who is awarded the senior degree completion award an also requires assistance for housing for their final semester.
