Scholarship Criteria

1. Scholarships shall be exclusively for UMSL dual enrollment high school students who meet the academic requirements of UMSL and demonstrate financial need by qualifying from free lunches under the National School Lunch program
2. Each scholarship shall cover the costs of all fees, tuition, books and transportation.
