Scholarship Criteria

  1. Candidates will be enrolled in at least 5 credit hours.
  2. Candidates must have completed at least 18 credit hours in UMSL’s Master of Public Policy Program (MPPA).
  3. Candidates must have a cumulative 3.3 GPA or better
