Scholarship Criteria

1. Recipients of this scholarship will be Missouri residents.
2. Recipients must be undergraduate students at UMSL
3. Recipients must demonstrate high financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
4. Preference will be given to students who graduated from schools located in the districts listed below
   St. Louis City, Ferguson-Florissant, Hazelwood, Riverview Gardens, Pattonville, Jennings, Normandy, Ritenour & University City
5. Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities, community service or gainful employment
