The Kathie Winter Jubilee Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

1. Candidates must be Missouri residents.
2. Applicants must demonstrate high financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
3. Recipients will be undergraduate students at UMSL in the College of Fine Arts and Communication.
4. Scholarships will be awarded to students majoring in Music, Theater, Dance, and Visual Arts on a rotating basis.
5. Preference will be given to students meeting the following criteria:

• Students enrolled full-time at UMSL (12 credit hours) each semester.
• Students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Juniors and seniors.
