Bellwether Foundation Jubliee Opportunity Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

1. Candidates will be Missouri residents.
2. Candidates must be undergraduate students who enroll full-time at UMSL (12 hours per semester).
3. Recipients will be participants in the UMSL Opportunity Scholars Program.

To apply for this scholarship, students must complete the application for the Opportunity Scholars Program.
