Scholarship Criteria

1. Students will be residents of the State of Missouri.
2. Applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and demonstrate financial need.
3. Recipients must be the sole or primary financial supporter of themselves and one or more minor dependents.
4. Recipients shall be enrolled in a regular course of study at UMSL leading to a Bachelor’s or Higher degree.
5. Preference will be given to students who are single parents
