Scholarship Criteria

1. The award shall be used for tuition, fee, books and related educational expenses.
2. Students receiving the award shall be registered and enrolled at UMSL and seeking a degree in one or more of the academic programs associated with the E. Desmond Lee Collaboration Vision-Connecting St. Louis through Partnerships program.
