Blanche M. Touhill International Study Scholarship

Scholarship Criteria

1. Candidates will be undergraduate students who are currently enroll full-time at UMSL (12 credit hours per semester).
2. Recipients will be participating in a Study Abroad or International Exchange Program. Preference will be given to students studying in an Asian country, specifically China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong.
3. Scholarship will be based on both academic achievement and financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
