Jung-Anderson Scholarship (in the Pierre Laclede Honors College)
The Jung-Anderson Scholarship is a merit award for students whose academic record suggests high potential for graduating from the University of Missouri – St. Louis with distinction through the generosity of Richard K. Jung, Ed.D. (BA English 1971) and his wife Janice Anderson, Ph.D.
Scholarship Criteria
#Recipient must be a full-time student (12 hours at UMSL each semester) who is in good standing in the Pierre Laclede Honors College at UMSL.
#Preference will be given to an incoming freshman, but may be awarded to sophomores and juniors.
#Preference will also be given to student who have demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
- The recipient will be selected based on academic merit (GPA, class rank, ACT or SAT scores)
- In the event of a tie, the award will be based on financial need. As such, applicants are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
