Scholarship Criteria

  1. Students receiving the award shall be enrolled and registered in the College of Optometry.
  2. Recipient will be going into his or her second year of professional school.
  3. Students shall have a minimum grade point average of 3.25.
  4. Recipient shall be a member or student member of any professional optometric organization.
